For short (minimum 2 days) or long stays, weekly or monthly, a 70m2 apartment for 2 people will allow you to stay at La Finca Las Rosas in complete autonomy.
You have a bedroom of 20 m², an open kitchen living room of 40 m², and a bathroom with shower of 6 m²

The kitchen is fully equipped :
• Induction hob with hood
• Fridge Freezer
• Bosch electric oven
• Dishwasher as well as all the appropriate dishes for a couple
• Plenty of storage
The bathroom
The bathrooms, made of marble, are all equipped with heating and made-to-measure storage.
The walk-in shower is equipped with Grohe taps, ensuring you much appreciated comfort while limiting water consumption, which is precious in Andalusia. Hot water is produced by solar panels.
The soaps available to you are natural, based on essential oils and Aloe Vera.

The living room is very bright with its two large windows.
The traditional handmade terracotta floor in Velez Malaga, a local material, gives the apartment a restful simplicity and comfort.
The ecological paints, some of which are based on local lime (Morón), ensure you peaceful nights.
Natural materials are preferred for all textiles:
– Mercerized organic cotton bed linen 300 thread count and towels 450 to 600 thread count
– Pillows in down feathers and also in anti-allergic foam
– Curtains made of Blockprint fabric from India
A large, 20 m2, room
The 20 m² bedroom takes place in a magnificent vaulted room with an old terracotta floor. It has a window and an exterior door overlooking the orange trees on the patio.
The 180×200 bed is very comfortable, entirely in natural material with 100% mercerized organic cotton bed linen (200 thread count).
Down feather pillows and anti allergic foam pillows.
Grazalema wool blanket.
Natural freshness
In summer, the thickness of the 80 cm thick stone walls ensures a pleasant temperature inside. Two large fans are there to cool you down.
The double-glazed windows with athermal anti-UV treatment are fitted with traditional natural fiber shades and mosquito nets.
The ceiling height exceeds 4 meters.

Breakfast, evening meal and bar
Generous, they are composed of ecological products of our production or local as much as possible.
The eggs come from the farm (according to the goodwill of the hens) and are cooked on demand.
Orange and grapefruit juices are squeezed from our fruit, when in season.
The ham comes from the Alpurajas (Sierra Nevada) or from a local ecological producer who respects his animals.
In the evening, you can eat either a full meal or a tapas formula, depending on the day and reservations. Meals are served at 9 p.m. The chiringito (bar) is self-service around the pool.
